What was your priority when creating your nursery space?

I wanted the space to feel serene and ethereal and not overly feminine. Truth be told I really asked for florals and bows, but my friend and interior designer Clary Bosbyshell did the best job redirecting me and I love where we landed.

 

What is your favorite piece in your nursery?

The custom-painted gingham walls are really special, as is the beautiful chest by The CEH that we had made. It’s a forever piece!

 

How do you create the perfect sleeping environment for your child?

Lots of white noise, black out curtains and a comfy swaddle or sleep sack! 

 

Are there any aspects of your nursery you would change in hindsight?

None. I love it! I think we may add small things as time goes on, perhaps some floating bookshelves...Jennings has a beautiful built-in bookcase in his closet, but it will be nice to see books on display as he grows. Elle is a big reader and I have a feeling baby brother will be the same!
