What was your priority when creating your nursery space?

Main priority was to have a fun yet calm space that Tucker could grow into. We picked a Schumaucher compass wallpaper and a print of Nantucket ABCs to add a little nautical theme to our natural furniture pieces. 

What is your favorite piece in your nursery?

The crib gifted by my parents. It is timeless and we will be able to use it for future children, and hopefully pass it down to our grandchildren one day.  

 

How do you create the perfect sleeping environment for your child?

We had custom blackout shades added to the room to help with bedtime. We wanted the nursery to be a simple, peaceful space with lots of soft neutral pieces of furniture.  We love our hatch night light that doubles as a sound machine! 

 

Are there any aspects of your nursery you would change in hindsight?

More toy storage! We ended up getting some toy storage for our playroom, but I would like to incorporate additional storage in Tucker’s room as he grows up.
